We've been denim obsessed our whole lives but it's mostly meant us stocking up on hole-y vintage 501s and occasionally cutting off the sleeves of our favorite Levi's jacket to make a banging vest—Marta Marques and Paulo Almeida, the Portugese-bred and London-based design duo behind the label Marques Almeida, have dedicated an entire brand of clothing to the act of deconstructing denim with rips, tears and zig-zagging shags of cotton fray that we first told you about last year. And now, building on the distressed denim steez that they established with their womens' collection, they're debuting men's clothes at Opening Ceremony with some oversized tunics and baggy track shorts with their signature frizzy stitching and straggly hemlines.
