There's a really good video of Mac DeMarco performing "Still Together" at Pitchfork Music Festival last weekend. The Montreal singer not only totally outdoes the song's album version but wrangles "his sweetie" onto his shoulders for the final chorus, as if belting it wasn't an impressive feat on its own. Honestly, I wasn't sold on Mac DeMarco before, but now I'm basically swooning, and I'm going to ride that swoon all the way through a Spotify playlist of songs that make me feel like flying on someone I love's shoulders.
