Hear are the first two tastes from New Jersey songstress SZA’s much anticipated forthcoming EP Z, and two very different tastes they turn out to be. "Julia" is a collaboration with longtime producer Felix Snow, a sweet post-Janet pop song with SZA's signature glitters, shimmers and smoky voice. "Teen Spirit" is something else—produced by WondaGurl with something like a trap beat slowed down so much that it's practically a trip-hop song, SZA's in a bit of combative mood, vocals to the fore with what sounds like a bone to pick with someone in her way. Excited to hear what else is cooking for the EP.
