Ciara and Future are engaged, The Associated Press reports. Ciara celebrated her 28th birthday on Friday; Future surprised her with the proposal over the weekend, says publicist Chris Chambers. "Today Has 2 Be Like One Of The Sweetest Days Of My Life! #TheBestBirthdayEver," Ciara wrote on Sunday. "If I'm Dreaming I Don't Want To Wake Up..Aaaaaahhh!!!" The two share a label, Epic, and have been dating since January, though Future's had his eye on Ciara since around 2006. "It's crazy…it had to be about seven years ago. She was shooting a video on the curb. I was like dang, she look good. I'm a have her one day. [My brother Rocko] was like, Man, stop and say something to her. I said, Naw…but I'm a be with her one day. That was seven years ago and I was saying that and it ended up happening," he told Angie Martinez in August.
