Last night, Hennessy took South Beach and the Art Basel Festival by storm. In honor of its “Never stop. Never settle.” photo series, Hennessy and The FADER took over the Pulse Art Fair, one of Art Basel’s pre-eminent events, inviting art enthusiasts, celebrities and tastemakers to celebrate the art community. In the gallery portion of the venue, guests browsed large prints from five iconic photographers tasked with bringing to life the “Never stop. Never settle.” mantra. Winners from the Hennessy and Pratt Institute Wild Rabbit challenge, aimed at engaging the next generation of artistic talent, were there to support the collaboration. Posted up under palm trees, DJ Green Lantern warmed up the crowd as guests claimed their spots in front of the stage for the headlining performance from iconic hip-hop legend Nas. The Queens MC made his way out through a foggy purple light, and the energetic crowd sand along to classics like “I Know I Can," “One Love" and "The Don." Although Nas was the only rapper billed, Rocko jumped on the stage after his performance and kept the crowd hyped past close. Busta Rhymes, DJ Cassidy and reality TV star Jennifer Williams were in attendance as well. Browse photos from this memorable "Never stop. Never settle." event above.
The Hennessy and FADER photo exhibit will remain open throughout the weekend for guests of Pulse to view.
