Future Vandross has shared a super-passionate cover of Beyonce's "Drunk In Love." It's a fitting tribute, given that he and fiancée/mother-to-be Ciara are essentially the Jay and Bey for a slightly younger generation. Future is wailing and vulnerable here, both emotionally and vocally. At the start his singing is unusually crystal clear; later, he replaces Jay Z's verse hokey verse with a gushy rant about getting married and drinking alone. It feels like the world righting itself. More good news: a release date for Future's sophomore LP Honest and the album's cover art, coming next week.
