As you know by now, Drake and Rihanna have been galavanting across Paris all week. We don't know if they're just friends or something adorably more but, thanks to their mutual love of Instagram, we have a good idea of what they've been up to. From nibbling macarons in Coco Chanel's apartment to giving a surprise performance of their joint hit "Take Care," here's a digital scrapbook of Drake and Rihanna's best Paris Fashion Week moments.
Drake kicked off the week with an in-store appearance at Colette to promote his new October's Very Own capsule collection being sold by the the upscale retailer.
After Drake and Rihanna melted hearts with their "Take Care" performance, the rapper posted a pic of the pair walking in the venue with the super sentimental, super Drake caption "PaRih." Aww. Shoutout to FADER favorite Fanmail who made the custom all-white outfit he has on in the pic.
The next day, Drake took selfies at Coco Chanel's apartment. Here's one of him casually strolling down Coco's staircase. Whoever took the pic cleverly hid from the mirrors' reflection but we have a sneaking suspicion it was Rihanna -- clearly, it was snapped by a selfie pro. And tbh who else would have brought Drake to Chanel's apartment?
Further potential Rih evidence: this plate of macarons, Drake is pretending not to care about. History has shown, Rihanna loves macarons.
Drake took in the history of another label while he was in Paris: Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, who's created wacky custom pieces for M.I.A., Lady Gaga, and Madonna -- which makes us wonder if the designer is creating tour outfits for Drake. Or, maybe Drake was following in Kanye's footsteps -- who's apprenticed for Fendi and Giuseppe Zanotti-- getting tips for his OVO line?
Meanwhile, Rihanna was posing for an Instagram shoot with a different designer, Balmain's Olivier Rousteing. Ri arrived at the label's show in a head-to-toe Balmain look that later appeared on the catwalk. Business as usual for the girl who sings "Fresh Out the Runway" and is the current face of the fashion house.
Rihanna acted out another one of her songs later in the night when she showed up to Balmain's after party in a fishnet top—and nothing else underneath—that could have been an extra wardrobe option from her "S&M" video. But Drake wasn't around to see. By then, he had already taken the stage in Berlin. Oh well. He'll always have PaRih.
