I've been growing reaaaaalllly weary of the "alt R&B" genre tag lately but this new one from Tom Krell bka How To Dress Well shows that there's still room to make solid songs under that umbrella. "Repeat Pleasure" is catchy and feels very mid-1990s radio to me, like something deserving of a corny music video, green screen, back up dancers — the whole thing. The new How To Dress Well record, "What Is This Heart?" is out June 24 on Weird World.
