Sink into the Blissfully Dark Debut Track from Londoner Jelani Blackman
“Twenty//Three” is a rain-smeared song for the early morning hours.

Londoner Jelani Blackman has got one of those voices that commands right from the first play. World-weary and sliding seamlessly between flows, he give glimpses of both his spoken word flex and resonant, soulful singing voice on his debut track "Twenty//Three," a rain-smeared tune for those lost early hours of the morning. Gliding on a swarm of rich bass, guitar flickers and gooey backing vocals, this tune would be plush enough to sink into if it was the production alone - but Blackman's elastic vocal takes it somewhere else entirely. Stream it below, and keep a careful eye on this one.
