Watch Mary J. Blige’s New In-Studio Video With Disclosure
The R&B icon and UK dance duo go behind-the-scenes for “Right Now.”
Mary J. Blige and Disclosure have released the video for "Right Now," a collaborative effort from the R&B icon's forthcoming album The London Sessions. The clip, directed by Alex Moors (who recently shot the video for Kid Ink's DJ Mustard-produced "Main Chick" remix) features behind-the-scenes studio footage filmed during the making of that album and specifically, the recording of "Right Now," which seamlessly blends the Lawrence brothers' infectious dance-pop with Blige's distinctive soul. The two previously worked together on an alternate version of Disclosure's Settle highlight, "F For You," which they performed last week on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Blige's The London Sessions, due this December, also features collaborations with Sam Smith, Emeli Sandé, Jimmy Napes, Naughty Boy and Sam Romans. We recently talked to Blige about the album, the current state of R&B and more; read that interview here.
