Who even is Clarence Clarity? We're not 100% sure. The London-based artist has a few weirdo funk songs floating around plus a couple video teasers for his new EP, but very few concrete biographical details exist at all. New song "Those Who Can't, Cheat" is a peculiarly maximalist earworm, featuring a radio-ready melody buried under Eastern-sounding synths, a pitched down interlude, and a screeching outro. The song, premiering below, is the opener on his forthcoming 4-track WHO AM EYE project, which comes out December 1st via Bella Union.
