I'm not one for streaming illegal tv and movies, a choice that has less to do with ethical reservations and more to do with laziness, as well as a desire to see content presented with the proper picture resolution and audio quality. Until today, I had one major exception: the British drama Black Mirror. The Channel 4 series is like nothing you've ever seen before, both in that it's one of the most creative shows on air and that it was basically totally unavailable in any format in the states. A Twilight Zone for these uncharted times, Black Mirror explores the ramifications of our technology dependency, as well as the pockets of surrealism that culture makes room for. And now it's on Netflix! I'm not going to spoil anything and I don't want to give you any preconceptions, so I'm just going to say watch it—like, tonight.
