It's no secret that Madonna's been working on a new album with folks like Blood Diamonds, DJ Dahi, and Diplo—and earlier this morning, a trove of leaked cuts hit the internet that were alleged to be that very album. Not quite, though: Madonna took to Instagram just a few hours ago to denounce the leaks, claiming they were "unfinished demos stolen long ago...half of which wont even make it on my album the other half have changed and evolved." In one of the Instagram captions (which has since been deleted—screenshot below), she likens the leaked tracks to "artistic rape" and "a form of terrorism," which is, uh, a pretty severe way to put it!
Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, reached out directly to fans on Twitter in an attempt to snuff out the leak: "I would be grateful to any @madonna fans that can assist us in finding those responsible for the leak.. We appreciate your help.."
