Nicki Minaj has been EVERYWHERE this week, clocking in steady hours on the promo trail for The Pinkprint. On Tuesday, she sat down with Elliot Wilson for the CRWN interview series, and part two of their hour-and-a-half long conversation has just surfaced. 15 minutes in, Nicki checks Wilson for trying to qualify her rapping skills on the merit of her male collaborators. "With 'Monster,' I feel like a lot of people like you only accepted it cause Kanye and Jay was on it, " she said. "If I was on it by myself, y'all wouldn't have given me my props then either. There's so much dick riding in hip-hop. I been ill! I been dat bitch!" Bless Nicki for always holding her own, whether it's against mansplaining rap boys or Shaquille O'Neal. Watch part two of the interview above, part one down below, and—if you're feeling froggy—jump straight to the 15-minute mark to see Nicki turn up.
