One of Nicki Minaj's best offstage moments to date was when she opened up about the hypocrisy in hip-hop and shared her experiences as a female MC in the MTV documentary My Time Now. ("When I am assertive, I'm a bitch. When a man is assertive, he's a boss," she observed.) This Sunday night at 10 PM EST, Minaj will treat us to a sequel. Today she took to Twitter to announce a follow-up documentary, My Time Again. From the one-minute preview, it looks like Minaj will be speaking just as candidly—and giving us a behind-the-scenes look at her life over the past year, including her VMAs performance and the moment when that snake bit one of her dancers. Watch below and ease the wait with FADER's cover story on Minaj.
I can finally share this! Here's the trailer for my new @MTV doc #MyTimeAGAIN! Premieres Sunday, 1/18 @10 pm on @MTV
