Well here's something that pretty much everyone missed over the holiday season: during James Blake's final show in his BBC Radio 1 residency, he announced that his new album will be called Radio Silence. So it sounds like it's close to 100% done, but no word as to that Kanye feature, so let's keep that figure at 70% for now.
Listen to audio of Blake revealing the news below, around the 1 hour 40 minute mark (via Consequence of Sound); there's a fair bit of jokey chit-chat before it, so hey, maybe he could be putting everyone on, but it seems legit.
