Birdman Didn’t Get Into Nicki Minaj’s Pre-Grammy Party
Was he tardy to the party, or just not welcome?
Update 2/9/2015 9:30 p.m.: The Queen speaks—sort of. TMZ's sources say that Saturday night's mishap was simply a matter of poor timing on Birdman's part. And as far as the label's ongoing legal drama is concerned, Nicki's staying out of it.
Nicki Minaj threw what looked like one hell of a pre-Grammys party in West Hollywood Saturday night, inviting old friends (her LaGuardia High School-days BFFs) and new (the supposed boo Meek Mill). Someone who was apparently not on the VIP list, however, was Birdman. According to the above video obtained by TMZ, the embattled Cash Money boss was turned away by security when he showed up to the club fashionably late at 1:45 a.m.—with 15-minutes to spare before a 2 a.m. last call. Were the bouncers acting on Young Money orders, or was Birdman just too late?
