UPDATE 2/10/15 9:28 a.m.: TMZ reports that Papa John's are trying to make things right with Iggy—and not just on Twitter. The pizza chain told TMZ, "We are reaching out directly to Ms. Azalea and hope to resolve this incident and make it right."
UPDATE 2/9/15 3:20 p.m.: Iggy's fired off a few more tweets about her problems with Papa John's compromising her personal information. She has a point! (Not sure Twitter's the right place for all of this, tbh, but hey.) Read them below.
I see some of the more mentally challenged blogs think I'm having a war with papa johns. No, I just want answers & they have none.

They are a company that retains your address, name, number & CREDIT card information, expiration cvc number etc.
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
A lot of damage can be done if that falls into the wrong hands, we give them this information with the expectation it remains confidential.

When an employee steals information it's called data breach. It's illegal. There are steps a corporation is supposed to follow afterward.

They don't include tweeting out song lyrics to the customer making the complaint, it's really unprofessional. I want a real answer.
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
If someone at T-Mobile got your # after you paid a bill and started calling over and over, you'd expect a real resolution via the company.
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
You wouldn't expect a tweet that said something like "uh oh! Don't let him use up all your minutes girl!" From the company.
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
You wouldn't expect the supervisor to say "don't worry! His mom has spoken with him!"
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
And you'd probably want to get a new credit card too.
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
I want answers @papajohns why is customer confidentiality a joke to your company?

Iggy Azalea was at the Grammys last night, where she did not, contrary to the internet's collective fears, receive the Grammy for Best Rap Album. Not winning any Grammys was the least of her problems, though. Apparently Iggy ordered some pre-show pizza from Papa John's, and the driver that delivered her order allegedly handed out her number to his family members. She was not happy:
. @PapaJohns was my favorite pizza but the drivers they use give out your personal phone number to their family members.

And the supervisors at @PapaJohns refuse to send pictures of their employess so you can identify who it is that steals your information
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 8, 2015
You know, to protect their privacy... Too bad they don't value the privacy of their customers also. #DamnShame

@PapaJohns I ordered a cheese pizza but instead I got tons of calls and messages like this one. pic.twitter.com/fgKhydivXb

@PapaJohns and this is all your supervisor has to say about it #ProfessionalAsFuck pic.twitter.com/kyQMWQADSq
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 8, 2015
@PapaJohns I don't think data breach is funny. I expect you to contact me to explain how you are going to rectify your breach
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
@PapaJohns of my personal information in a satisfactory and professional way or lawsuit will be filed.
— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) February 9, 2015
Now, what the Papa John's driver did is pretty messed up and a basic breach of privacy—but shouldn't Iggy be able to have someone on her team to, say, call corporate HQ to take care of this? No matter: the DiGiorno's Twitter account, which last made headlines for trying to score some free advertisement off the back of domestic violence awareness, couldn't help but chime in too. Life is weird these days, folks:
.@IGGYAZALEA delivery. smh
— DiGiorno Pizza (@DiGiornoPizza) February 9, 2015
@DiGiornoPizza I know right!
