Future has premiered his latest video from Monster, "Codeine Crazy." Haunted by a female muse that lurks just out of his sight and swims through a purple pool, Future vents about his lean addiction as a device to work through his own self-obsession. Drowning in Activas, suicide, when I hit the scene it's homicide... All this money I got nowhere to hide it, I'm a addict and I can't even hide it, he slips between bars about money and women that don't sound like bragging. It's like a hood rich version of the myth of Narcissus, who falls in love with his own reflection in the surface of a pool and drowns in it. Maybe Future is crying for air, but that might be just what's keeping him afloat on this 808 Mafia knocker.
