Nike has released the blueprints and concept for a new store in Miami and it kind of looks like something a child millionaire would have designed, with a rooftop basketball court and running track included. The planned store would have two retail floors with 17 foot ceilings; the exterior of the building would be enclosed in, according to Curbed Miami, "a mesh-like skin with multicolored LED lights, which is something they do at a lot of their stores." Before Nike can start building, the plans need to be approved by the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board, who set a hearing for March 10th.
