Update 2/27/15: As Billboard reports, Drake's recent sales feats have only become more impressive as the week has gone on. With 14 tracks on the Hot 100 Chart, he ties the all-time record for simultaneous songs on that chart, which was last achieved by the Beatles in 1964. Maybe it's worth tossing Drake into the better-than-the-Beatles conversation now too.
Drake's new mixtape, If You're Reading This It's Too Late, did another solid week sales-wise with 129,000 copies sold—but the real crazy thing here is that every single song on the tape is currently holding a position on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Really! Here's the breakdown below:
No. 9 — “Energy"
No. 17 — “Legend"
No. 19 — “10 Bands"
No. 23 — “Know Yourself"
No. 26 — “No Tellin'"
No. 27 — “Preach" Featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR
No. 28 — “6 God"
No. 29 — “Used To" Featuring Lil Wayne
No. 32 — “Now & Forever"
No. 34 — “6 Man"
No. 38 — “Jungle"
No. 39 — “Star67″
No. 40 — “Madonna"
No. 42 — “Company" Featuring Travi$ Scott
No. 43 — “Wednesday Night Interlude" Featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR
No. 45 — “6PM In New York"
No. 49 — “You & The 6″
Wild stuff.
