The rapper’s newest video is set in a pre-abolition Southern plantation

J. Cole is pulling no punches with the second video from his gold-certified third album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive, this time for the song "G.O.M.D." Directed by Lawrence Lamont - who also directed Cole's tour mate Big Sean's video for his own acronym smash, "I.D.F.W.U." - the new video casts Cole as a house slave for a Southern plantation, fighting for freedom as he raps about fakeness, love, and stereotypes. Watch it above.
