Young Thug’s Carter 6 Project Now Has Artwork And A Release Date

UPDATE 4/8/15 3:39 p.m.: That below image is indeed the cover art for Carter 6; it was shot by photographer Sandy Kim, who confirmed the cover art to FADER.

Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V may be currently stuck in a special kind of label hell, but it looks like Young Thug's unbelievably titled Carter 6 is going to be out sooner than later. The FADER cover star took to Instagram tonight to share what most are reasonably assuming to be artwork for the project, along with the not-so-cryptic caption "4/17."

So if his tape drops on April 17, does that make Wayne's record a prequel whenever it hits stores? The Carter canon becomes muddled. Check out the presumed cover art below.
