Facing competition from Spotify, Rdio and (soon enough) Apple, Tidal has fashioned itself as a haven for audiophiles and exclusives hunters. But what really makes Tidal worth the monthly fee of $19.99 is the company's hands-on approach to customer service, apparently. According to Business Insider, company shareholders Jay Z, Jack White, and "other high-profile artists" have been making calls to Tidal users to thank them for listening. If FLAC files and behind-the-scenes videos aren't doing it for you, house calls from Hov just might. They're also pushing off-line experiences, such as private concerts for whoever can stream the most J. Cole. So, uh, start streaming?
