Ho99o9 Share Twofer “P.O.W. (Prisoners of War)/No Regrets,” Video, Announce Horrors of 1999 EP
This video is not for the faint of heart.
Ho99o9 (pronounced "Horror") today are announcing the upcoming release of Horrors of 1999, the rap-punk duo's sophomore EP, out June 9th via Family. In order to ratchet up some interest before then, they have also shared a twofer video for two new tracks, "P.O.W. (Prisoners of War)" and "Regrets." A combined three and a half minutes, it is all thrashing, static riffs, and gut punching lyrics set to a montage of truly discomfiting curiosities—which is to say, it's not for the faint of heart.
In a statement provided to The FADER, the band writes of their two act video: "I never cared much about the military before I started listening to horror, when I'm dead in the grave no more pussy will I crave / Bloodbath High - Kill or be Killed | I think I'm dead, I could have died last week, I could die tomorrow, the good die young, dead on arrival, I'm dead. 1990 - 1999." Got it? Hit play above.
