Today WeDidIt EDM darling RL Grime revisits his debut album VOID with a compilation of remixes that he has commissioned from the likes of Mura Masa, King Henry, Great Dane, Jonah Baseball, and DJ Sliink. Of particular note is this wobbly, heavy-tread rendering of "Kingpin"—which features a braggadocios Big Sean refrain: bitch, I live the life of a kingpin!—by Grime's "homie" and frequent collaborator, Salva. "Been homies with RL for a while now, we've done a lot of music and shows together, I wanted to come correct on this remix," Salva tells The FADER. "I wanted to do something a bit left field but still ravey and big room. I kept it minimal and banging and let Big Sean do the talking." That he definitely did. VOID Remixes is out now.
