"3500," Travi$ Scott’s first single from his highly-anticipated Rodeo album, was a statement: an explosive seven-minute song with features from Future and 2 Chainz. Scott tones it down on his latest tune, shifting back into ballad mode. The rapper announced the song's imminent arrival last night with a series of Tweets.
WondaGurl and Eastbound produced the song, which finds Scott singing with a light dusting of auto-tune and quoting Rae Sremmurd’s “No Type.” As the track winds down, he raps a quick, ferocious verse penned recently enough to address his Hot 97 Summer Jam performance. (The MC took some heat for kicking a camera man off the stage during the show.)
