Tonight the pop star turned lifestyle emperor announced her latest project, a new perfume called RiRi. The fragrance, which marks her fifth after 2013's Rogue, doesn't yet have a release date but anyone who follows pop star perfumes knows that where there's a new one, an album isn't far behind.
