On the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart, Fetty Wap’s “My Way” made a massive jump from No. 87 to No. 7 and catapulted the young New Jersey MC into impressive company. Since his other hit, "Trap Queen," is sitting at No 6, Fetty is now the first male rapper to have two singles in the top ten since Lil Wayne, who achieved the feat in September of 2011 with “She Will” and “How To Love.”
Wayne is just one of the A-list stars in Fetty's new, chart-dominating orbit. According to Billboard, Fetty’s 80-spot jump was last matched by Katy Perry’s “Roar.” And since another Fetty cut, “679,” is at No. 18 on the chart, Eminem enters the picture too—before Fetty, Em was the last male MC to have three tracks in the top 20 on the Hot 100. (One of those Em hits got some major help from a Rihanna hook.)
