Lil Wayne Bus Shooting Suspect Charged With Domestic Terrorism

Jimmy Winfrey recently alleged that Birdman should be held "liable as a party to the crime" of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus back in April. According to WSB-TV Atlanta, prosecutors have now added a charge of domestic terrorism to the indictment against Winfrey, because Winfrey allegedly told Wayne that he would "spray his bus." It's unclear when this exchange took place. While a July indictment linked Birdman and Young Thug to the shooting, neither rapper has been charged with a crime.
