It's not difficult to find Drake on the radio. Someone in Charlotte, N.C., understands this - may even be a little frustrated by this - which could explain why the radio frequency 92.7FM is now only playing songs by, featuring, or associated with Drake. 24Urban.com (via Reddit) points out that WPZS, the gospel station that formerly occupied 92.7, is now broadcasting from 100.9. They also point out that Drake can't have bought the station to play his own music, as he's a Canadian citizen.
Drake's been playing for nearly 24 hours, and there's still no sense whether this is a troll, a marketing scheme or what. But between songs they're encouraging listeners to tune in this Monday afternoon for "a special announcement."
