Justin Bieber is everywhere: in recent weeks, he joined Skrillex for a performance of "Where Are Ü Now" and then played his new single "What Do You Mean" on both the VMAs and The Tonight Show. Yesterday he popped up at a Travi$ Scott show at Up & Down in New York City to help the rapper out with "Maria I'm Drunk." The song appears on Scott's Rodeo album and features contributions from Bieber and Young Thug.
