Watch The Raptors’ Mascot And Toronto Councilman Norm Kelly Dance To “Hotline Bling”

Tonight is Drake Night for the Toronto Raptors. To help promote the event, the team placed a "Hotline Bling Booth" outside of the arena so that fans can live their dreams by making their very own dance videos for the summer hit. The booth is open all day until tip off at 7:30 p.m.
