The Bay Area's Rexx Life Raj is here with some mid-week cruising music. Today he shares "Southside," which premieres on The Fader. It's from his new mixtape, Dreamland: Telegraph Ave, which drops on Friday and is produced entirely by Chicago's Kyral Musik. The former Boise State football player is all mixed up on the song: Lately I've been stressing, like I've got too much on my mind/ It seems like when you're with me, you can't get him off your line. He also extols the virtues of video chat phone sex, which everyone can understand.
"I wrote this song for the many times I was sliding through Berkeley backstreets for the booty," he told The FADER over email. "Real ones will relate"
Dreamland: Telegraph Ave. is out this Friday. Listen to the song below.
