"Say daat" is an exclamation, Nef explained in an email to The FADER, "like when you're in church and the pastor says something and the people in the church say 'Amen.'" Or, as Nef uses in a bar: I touched 20 bands when I was 19 (say daat!) or you better treat your momma like the queen she is (say daat!). "#Saydaat" is the first single off an upcoming collaborative tape Nef is working on with Cardo, whom he also worked with on "Michael Jackson." "Me and Cardo's chemistry is real good, so I decided let's give the world a whole tape together," Nef said. That project, titled Neffy Got Wings, is coming soon.
