Cat Clyde Premieres The Tender, Bluesy “Like A Wave”

Tenderly, heavily, you will come back to me, sings Ontario newcomer Cat Clyde on her new single "Like A Wave." It's a soulful, rootsy track "about being in a relationship, being really depressed, and not knowing exactly how to deal with it," as Clyde told The FADER over email. The song is off Clyde's upcoming debut album Ivory Castanets, which showcases the singer-songwriter's knack for silky vocals and throwback bluegrass riffs. "Like A Wave," is the kind of song you might expect to hear in a bluesy New Orleans side street bar when you're itching to dance with a stranger.
