Radiohead Share Album Release Date And New Paul Thomas Anderson-Directed Music Video “Daydreaming”

The internet exploded earlier this week when Radiohead dropped their music video for “Burn The Witch.” On Friday morning, the band released another new song and clip called “Daydreaming,” directed by Paul Thomas Anderson (Magnolia, There Will Be Blood), and announced that their new as-yet untitled album will be released digitally on XL Records this Sunday May 8 at 7PM BST. A physical release will come on June 17. It will be the band's first full-length since 2011's The King of Limbs.

The “Daydreaming” video features Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke on a magical walkabout across the world, with vast distances compressed into the single opening of a door thanks to the power of editing. Watch above.
