For the second time in four years, a plane carrying Lil Wayne had to make an unscheduled stop because the rapper had a seizure. According to TMZ, Wayne was traveling from Milwaukee to California when the seizure struck. The report states that the rapper was unconscious upon landing in Nebraska. He refused medical treatment.
Karen Civil heard positive news from Wayne's camp at 4:36 p.m., tweeting, "Per Mack, Lil Wayne is fine now." But shortly after that, TMZ reported that Wayne had suffered another seizure and was being treated by paramedics on the plane.
The rapper has previously claimed that he's epileptic. In 2013, he was hospitalized for seizures that kept him in intensive care.
Reps for Lil Wayne did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The FADER.
