Gucci Mane was released from prison six months early in May, and the Atlanta rapper seemed like a changed man. In place of his signature rounded belly, Gucci sported six-pack abs and a slim physique; He spoke of eating fruits and vegetables and seemed to be generally happy.

Speculation began about the nature of these changes though, forming into a full-blown conspiracy theory after Guwop called his vintage Cartier frames "mind-blowing" in a fake bougie accent on his Snapchat. Gucci rapped on Kanye West's recent Cruel Winter single "Champions," Now that Gucci home/ It's over for you Gucci clones. The internet seems to have taken this line and completely misinterpreted it:
