When the weather's acting up, vacillating between breezy and sweltering and humid and rainy, getting dressed can feel more like an IQ test than anything else. We took to the streets outside of Nautica and Tommy Hilfiger's New York Men's Fashion Week presentations to see how the pros handle it. What we found out?
