It's no secret that Lil Wayne has been on somewhat poor terms with his label, Cash Money, for a while now, especially over the perpetually-delayed release of his twelfth studio album, Tha Carter V. The New Orleans rapper taken to openly criticizing the Birdman-owned label at concerts and earlier today tweeted his abject frustration with his current situation.
The tweets, sent out between 4 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. this morning, had many fans worried that Wayne may be quitting the music game altogether and even prompted Rick Ross to enter the fray:

A few hours later, Wayne attempted to calm his fans down:

And he's remained mum on the issue since.
Update: Chance The Rapper, who collaborated with Lil Wayne on Coloring Book track, "No Problem," has tweeted his support for the rapper.
