On Friday evening, Kid Cudi dropped off his Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin' single "Surfin'," featuring Pharrell Williams. The single is the first of two promised releases from the rapper, following a delay in his upcoming project, and Cudi has returned shortly after with "Frequency." The track, which was initially released on SoundCloud in March, features some trademark Cudi humming and a hypnotizing instrumental courtesy of Mike Dean and Plain Pat.
