On Friday morning, a 10-track project from Travis Scott called Days Before Birds appeared on all major streaming sites. A representative for Travis Scott told The FADER shortly after the release was widely reported "This is an unauthorized release that was not approved by Travis Scott. We are in the process of getting it taken down. We are requesting that all media sites remove the material." The rep also said that they are currently unsure how the project appeared on platforms, including Apple Music, which had exclusive rights on his Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight album.
Hours after the album was posted, Travis Scott tweeted, "Fake album wtf!!"
T.I.'s Grand Hustle label was listed as the project's label on Spotify and Apple Music. It features two guest spots from Young Thug, as well as appearances from Migos, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Lil Uzi Vert, and more.
