The 50th Annual Country Music Awards aired tonight, with a much-hyped peformance from Beyoncé. The surprise announcement came earlier today that B, with some reports rumoring that she would open the show.
As many speculated, B was joined onstage by the Dixie Chicks, to perform her country-tinged Lemonade standout, "Daddy Lessons." The foursome performed a high-energy ensemble version of the song, complete with banjos, baritone sax, and full zydeco breakdown.
