What do you do when you're meant to be directing a music video and the artist won't go on set because his Instagram got hacked? That was the dilemma facing Ryan Staake as he waited to make a video with Young Thug. Instead, he ended up making a video for Jeffery cut "Wyclef Jean" that is likely far more playful and innovative than any music video treatment.
The video's $100,000 budget did not go to waste, with kids smashing cop cars and a group of women riding mini ride-on cars among the highlights. Twitter was quick to praise Staake for his work, though some fans were confused as to why they were watching a Young Thug video with very little of Thugger in it.
