Ronald Bruner Jr. And Thundercat Connect On “Take The Time”

Ronald Bruner Jr., Grammy-winning drummer and brother of Thundercat and The Internet's Jameel Bruner, is dropping his solo, Triumph, on March 3. The first single from the project, "Take the Time," is an earnest, soulful song about spreading love.

The album will be released by Alpha Pup, who shared some details on the project along with the single. Alongside heavy contributions from his brothers, the album will also feature appearances from Mac Miller, Kamasi Washington, and the late jazz legend George Duke, who passed away in 2013.
