Skepta And Stormzy Join Avelino On “Energy”

Avelino is the latest rising star out of Tottenham, the same North London borough Skepta calls home. His new aptly titled new single, "Energy," which premiered on BBC1 Xtra today, boasts guest spots from two of grime's heaviest hitters, Stormzy, and Skepta himself.

Avelino created a groundswell with his FYO EP last year, and more recently, was featured on XL's New Gen compilation and a banger from RØMANS, salvaged off of the Life of Pablo cutting-room floor. The track catches Stormzy at a pretty opportune moment, with his Gang Signs & Prayer album and tour on the way in late February. Listen to "Energy" below, via Spotify.
