"Humble" is the latest release from Kendrick Lamar's upcoming album. Last week Lamar dropped "The Heart Part 4," on which he warned other rappers that he had a new project coming out April 7. While a full project is expected next week, for now we have "Humble" which Lamar released on Thursday and was produced by Mike WiLL Made-It.
The video, directed by Dave Meyers and The Little Homies, features a series of stunning visuals including Lamar rapping in papal robes, recreating The Last Supper, and staring down the camera while his head is on fire.
On the track, Lamar commands the listener (or perhaps every other rapper) to "sit down, be humble" while also reminding us that "my left stroke just went viral."
