Travis Scott's show at Terminal 5 in New York on April 30 was memorable for a number of reasons. As well as a guest appearance from Playboi Carti, the show was also marked by a number of fans hanging from balcony railings and diving to the floor below.
A spokesperson for Scott has subsequently confirmed that one fan was injured after falling from the third level of the venue. Scott has subsequently issued a statement, while Pitchfork reports Scott's team are in contact with the fan and that an investigation into what happened has been opened.
“The safety of everyone is held in the highest regard and we are currently conducting an internal investigation to ensure that this does not happen again,” the statement reads. “We are deeply concerned about the guest who was injured and intend to offer him our support.”
