Kanye West is on track to resume his Saint Pablo tour in early 2018, TMZ reports. The run of dates was cancelled in November 2016 after West was hospitalized "for his own health and safety."

TMZ's sources allege that West's team is currently in discussion with Live Nation, which produced Saint Pablo. "We're ready to jump as soon as he gives the green light," a source at Live Nation said. The new tour dates could involve a whole new stage show, with revamped effects and an altered setlist.

It was previously reported that West is recording a new album at a retreat on a Wyoming mountain. TMZ's sources claim the hope is that both new music and tour dates are released in 2018, but it's still very tentative. "Kanye is aggressively avoiding artificial deadlines, because it creates stress that leads to bad things," TMZ writes.
